Sonic and the Black Knight Winning Entry

Well you have waited long enough now that Sonic and the Black Knight has been released, I am able to show you my winning artwork without fear of legal retribution.

The competition held by Sega gave artists around the world the chance to have their artwork featured in the Wii game Sonic and the Black Knight, they asked for each artist to give their "favourite scene" from a Sonic game, past or present.

Now me personally, thinking back, one of my fondest memories is a fateful Christmas day in 1991 when ole saint Nick brought a large box to the house, inside a brand new Mega Drive (Genesis for you Americans) and a single game that still has me captivated to this day. So what better way to capture that moment that literally to capture the exact opening moment of the game (Well after the title obviously).

I've uploaded both the winning entry and a second entry that didn't make the cut so check them out and let me know what you think.

Hopefully you can share with us which picture it is in the new Sonic game when it comes out so we can then figure out which one you did yourself, unless in some way it's obvious.

Cool, heh. :nod: The game looks really good too, maybe allow me to dust off my Wii (yes I haven't played it since Super Smash Bros Brawl, too many party-based games of which I'm not into).
